Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Professionals

Caroline provides clinical supervision to Psychologists, Social Workers, Counsellors and other mental health practitioners, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from her 17 years of work across a range of community, hospital, university and private settings. Caroline has undergone supervisor training and has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary allied health teams and developing mental health programs. Caroline’s areas of clinical speciality are EMDR Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), dissociation and trauma-informed practice. She has extensive experience working with victims of crime in the sexual assault field. Caroline facilitates case discussion and exploration of themes including clinical processes, ethical dilemmas and organisational challenges. Emphasis is given to the importance of self-care, to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout.

Drawing on her experience as Founding Director of a successful group private practice, Mindful Living Counselling and Psychology, mentoring is also available therapists to develop their own private practice. Additionally, Caroline supports Social Workers through the process of becoming an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Approachable, warm and encouraging in her style, Caroline is a great choice of supervisor for both newly trained therapists and seasoned clinicians. Clinical supervision may be accessed on either a regular or 'as needed' basis.

Caroline’s clinical supervision services are offered online via Zoom. The investment for a 55-minute individual supervision session is $240 AUD.
