If you're looking to become an EMDR therapist — or deepen your existing skills — I offer accredited, practical training for mental health professionals who meet the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) eligibility criteria.

As an Accredited EMDR Trainer, I deliver engaging, high-quality training designed to help therapists build confidence and clinical skill. My teaching style is down-to-earth, and I aim to make complex concepts easy to understand and apply.

I offer the following:

No matter where you are in your EMDR learning journey, there’s something here to support your professional development and clinical work. My trainings are highly interactive and experiential, with space to ask questions and practise new skills. Participants often leave feeling more confident, equipped with tangible tools they can immediately use in their work.

All of my workshops are neurodiverse-affirming and designed to meet a wide range of learning preferences. I aim to create a learning space that is inclusive, respectful, and flexible — whether that means having access to fidget toys, visual resources, breakout spaces, or simply the freedom to move around during the day. I also share my own experiences of being a therapist with ADHD, which helps to create a relaxed and authentic learning environment.

In addition to my public training calendar, I also offer in-house training for organisations on request. If your clinic or service is looking for tailored EMDR training, feel free to get in touch to discuss options.
