Individual EMDR consultation
Individual (one-on-one) consultation is one of the most valuable ways to embed EMDR learning into real clinical work. It offers space for focused, supportive guidance on applying EMDR therapy with the kinds of clients therapists actually see in practice. For many, it also forms part of the process of becoming an EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner or Consultant.
I offer individual EMDR consultation, but my calendar is booked up well in advance. Availability is limited to occasional cancellation slots.
My associates Kate Formston and Paula Nicholson are both Accredited EMDR Consultants and currently have availability for one-to-one consultation. They each bring deep clinical experience, a warm and encouraging style, and a strong focus on helping EMDR therapists build confidence, adapt to complexity, and grow their skills in sustainable ways.
All sessions are offered online via Zoom. The investment for a 55-minute session is $300 AUD with me, and $270 AUD with Kate or Paula (inc. GST).
Group EMDR consultation
OPTION 1: General EMDR consultation
These 2-hour online small group sessions are suited to EMDR therapists who have completed at least Part 1 of Basic Training. Each session is facilitated by either me or my associate, Kate Formston – depending on the date you choose. Whether you're newly trained or a more experienced EMDR therapist, you’re welcome to bring along tricky cases or questions and learn from both us and other therapists in the group.
Sessions are held online via Zoom. Each participant has time to present an EMDR case or question, with space for group discussion throughout. Kate and I also share plenty of electronic EMDR resources along the way.
These sessions count as 2 hours toward the consultation requirements for completing Basic EMDR Training and applying for full EMDRAA membership. They cannot be counted toward the hours required to become an EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner or Consultant.
The investment is $175 AUD for a 2-hour online group session.

OPTION 2: Accreditation-focused EMDR consultation
These 2-hour group sessions are suited for EMDR therapists who have completed Basic EMDR Training (Part 1 and Part 2 workshops and 10 hours of consultation) and are working toward becoming an EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner or Consultant.
I facilitate these sessions personally, offering a structured yet open forum for participants to bring their questions, demystify the accreditation process, and gain both support and accountability. With a small group size of no more than 4 participants, each therapist receives at least 30 minutes dedicated to their specific accreditation needs. Group discussions encourage shared learning and insights from both myself and other experienced EMDR therapists, creating a rich environment for growth and skill-building.
The investment for accreditation group consultation is $195 AUD for a 2-hour online group session.
