Caroline Burrows

Founder, Accredited EMDR Trainer & Consultant

Caroline is an Accredited EMDR Trainer and Consultant, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience across community, hospital, medical and university settings.

She provides EMDR training, consultation and clinical supervision to mental health professionals across Australia and internationally, and is also the Owner and Director of Mindful Living Counselling & Psychology in Melbourne.

Caroline is known for her enthusiasm, warmth and practical approach to EMDR learning. She is passionate about supporting therapists to build their confidence and skills, while creating inclusive, neurodiverse-affirming learning environments.

A proud late-diagnosed ADHDer, Caroline brings authenticity, humour and plenty of personality to her training — and when she’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with her beloved dog Willow, family and friends, or indulging her well-known fondness for flamingos.

Kate Formston

Kate is an Accredited EMDR Consultant, Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive experience in trauma, complex presentations and dissociation. She brings a warm, practical approach to supporting therapists in developing confident, authentic EMDR practice.

Paula Nicholson

Paula is an Accredited EMDR Consultant and Registered Counsellor with more than 15 years of experience across mental health and private practice. She is known for her grounded, compassionate approach, with particular experience in complex trauma, attachment and neuroaffirming practice.

Madeleine Jablonski

Madeleine is an Accredited EMDR Consultant and Registered Psychologist with experience in complex trauma, dissociation, grief and parts-informed EMDR work. Her work is grounded in warmth, curiosity and a neurodiverse-affirming perspective to training and consultation.

Ashleigh Wright

Business Operations

Ashleigh joins us from the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA), where she spent nearly eight years. In that time she looked after member services and office operations, managed enquiries, and took care of the business systems behind the scenes. She has a strong interest in systems, technology and efficiencies.

Marketing and Communications

Monica Fincham

Monica brings both creative thinking and practical execution to her role. She works across content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, and brand development, helping to ensure that messaging is consistent, meaningful, and aligned with the values of our organisation.
