Terms and Conditions
Sales are final, with no refunds available. If a person is unable to attend a consultation session, they are permitted to cancel and request a swap to a different consultation session, provided they give at least 7 days’ notice from the date of the consultation event they would like to cancel. Any and all cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@carolineburrows.com.au. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to a consultation event will forfeit 100% of the registration fee charged (including GST). A substitute attendee may be nominated to attend a case consultation session, with prior approval. All such requests should be sent to contact@carolineburrows.com.au.
