Enhance your expertise in EMDR Therapy with this specialised two-day training workshop on EMDR Therapy for Attachment Trauma. 

This workshop has been intentionally designed for therapists who have completed EMDR Basic Training and are looking to elevate their EMDR practice with greater flexibility and creativity. Whether you've recently completed EMDR Basic Training or are an experienced EMDR therapist, this workshop will provide a valuable opportunity for you to extend your knowledge and skills in confidently using EMDR with clients who have experienced developmental trauma and attachment wounding.

It will be an engaging and dynamic learning experience, incorporating dyadic teaching, skill demonstrations, case consultations, small and large group discussions, and practical exercises. This format is designed to nurture your skills and confidence in a supportive, engaging environment.

Key focus areas:

• Attachment theory and the AIP model

• Common challenges in EMDR Therapy related to attachment trauma clients

• Attachment-focused EMDR history taking, case formulation and target selection

• Resourcing interventions for repairing attachment wounds

• Laurell Parnell’s attachment-focused EMDR protocol

• Attachment-informed interweaves during trauma reprocessing

• Working with parts and defences in attachment-wounded clients.

• Fees: $800 NZD including GST. Fees includes full catering for both days
